Credits are spent when you run AI on real data. Analysis costs 10 credits. Full optimization costs 90 credits. Starter includes 500 credits per month and Professional includes 2,000 credits per month.

What is the difference between demo and paid?+

The demo runs on pre-built template data, so you can inspect the workflow without QuickBooks or AI credits. A paid plan lets you connect your own QuickBooks chart and run analysis or optimization on real account data.

Can I use this for multiple QuickBooks companies?+

Yes. Paid plans include unlimited QuickBooks connections. Each analysis or optimization spends credits regardless of which connected company it runs against.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel from inside the app and keep access through the end of your billing period. Exported files and optimization history remain available.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?+

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. Email us with your EIN and we will apply the discount to your account.

Which accounting standards does the AI use?+

The optimizer uses GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards and industry-specific templates as review aids. All suggestions should be reviewed by a qualified accounting professional for your specific situation.
