NewBuilt on QuickBooks Online

Your QuickBooks reports should finally make sense.

P&Ls that line up. Balance sheets that balance the way you'd explain the business. Reports that answer the question — not raise five new ones. Chart Optimizer cleans your QuickBooks chart of accounts and shows you exactly what changed, line by line.

FAQ

What people ask before they connect.

These five come up in nearly every conversation with a bookkeeper or owner kicking the tires.

How long does the initial scan take?+

The free demo loads immediately on template data. Scan time for a connected QuickBooks Online file depends on chart size and connection state, and the app keeps the result reviewable before any change is applied.

Will Chart Optimizer change my books without permission?+

No — it can't. Chart Optimizer never writes to QuickBooks. Every restructure is staged as a finding you review, and applying the result is a step you do yourself in QuickBooks, with an exported CSV and a step-by-step guide. Disconnect anytime and your QBO file stays exactly as it was.

What industries does the benchmark cover?+

25+ industry templates today — including construction, restaurant, healthcare, e-commerce, law firms, nonprofits, IT/MSP, and landscaping. If your industry isn't in the list, we fall back to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standard checks.

Can I run this for multiple client realms?+

Yes. The firm dashboard is designed for multiple QBO realms under one Chart Optimizer account, with per-realm Health Scores and exportable reports.

What's the pricing?+

The demo runs on template data — no card, no expiry. When you connect your own books, Starter is $8/mo (500 credits) and Professional is $29/mo (2,000 credits). One analysis costs 10 credits; an optimization costs 90.
